Organized Chaos?
Let the fun begin! We've arrived in Altus and have begun unpacking. I didn't realize how much stuff we had crammed into our little house until I saw them unloading all these boxes.

Love those pics. Your son is very cute. It's funny that you bring this topic up because this morning my son (age 3) asked me to make a fabric sun umbrella like the one he saw in a newspaper ad. He's been watching me make a fabric pouf so I think that's where he got the idea. I haven't quite gotten up the courage to have him help me with projects yet. He's very clear that the sewing machine is off limits (I think he's a bit scared of it-thank goodness). But I'd like to get him involved somehow since I think you're right about the importance of teaching independence and DIY skills. I like that you had him "painting" with you. Very creative!
